TextLinkAds review by shoemoney

During reading Week6-Seo-Tips-Tricks-Tactics.pdf, shoemoney mentioned about paid links. I am agreed paid links are in black hat and google never recommend.
However i am surprise shoemoney mentioned TextLinksAds are also paid link rather ads and Google dont recommend and site can be banned as Google know about it

i would like to know your comments, as my customer reviews TextLinkAds are effective with reference to advertisement.
